Ultra-Filtration Wastewater Treatment Systems

Ultrafiltration Water Treatment Technology

Ultrafiltration Water Treatment Technology is normally used for filtering suspended solids in the range of 0.1 to 0.01 micron in size. The application of this technology has been used in removing GaAs particles from wastewater. Ultrafilter separates and collects these particles at the surface of the membrane, which will reduce the flux rate (GPM/ft2 of membrane). Therefore, the balancing of pressure, flux rate and velocity is the key in selecting the right parameters for utilization of Ultrafilter in wastewater treatment application.
